Bath and body products cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.
Customized products and mystery boxes are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged.
Jewelry and home products can be return and exchanged, but all products are subject to inspection. All products that have been used cannot be return or exchanged. Customers can submit a return or exchange request to the customer service team within 14 days after the package has been delivered.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a responsible trackable shipping method until we receive them. Please ensure your customer and billing address information is included in order for us to properly process your return. Once the return is received, within 5 business days an exchange will be sent out or you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
No returns allowed on any items that are FINAL SALE.

We currently only ship to Canada and the USA.
Items shipped outside of the Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Kalveca.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the Canada.
For orders placed on the weekend, will be fulfilled on Monday's and Thursday's.
Our Expedited Shipping takes 5-10 business days for delivery.
*Remote locations within the U.S. & Canada usually require an additional
1-3 business days.

Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase so we can update your shipping address. If you have made an error in entering your address and notice after the 24 hours times frame, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender.
Orders placed on kalveca.com cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been submitted as we can begin processing orders immediately.
